Ticketing Policy – Meizu x Shadow Corridor

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Change of Time/Slot Requests
   Requests to change the time or slot of your ticket must be submitted via email to obakenticketing@gmail.com at least 1 day before the ticket date.

   • Cut-off time for requests is 6:00 PM (local time) on the day before your scheduled slot.

   • Requests submitted after the cut-off time will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
   All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

3. Forfeiture of Unused Tickets
   If your ticket is not used during the stated time slot, it will be considered forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
