Important Guidelines for Participation

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants in the Obaken Experience, please observe the following:

  • Respect our cast. Any violence or threatening behaviour will be reported to law enforcement without hesitation.

  • No intoxication. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry. Our staff reserves the right to make this determination.

  • Health precautions. The experience is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, suffer from epilepsy, or have any medical condition that may be triggered by intense sensory stimuli.

  • No running. Keep a calm and steady pace at all times.

  • No photography or recording. All phones must be turned off. Flashlights and mobile lights are prohibited.

  • Respect the environment. Damage to any props or property will incur fines or legal penalties.

  • One-way progression. Do not turn back. Once you move forward, you must proceed until the end.

  • Close all doors behind you.

  • Pay attention. Each room begins with a video introduction. Wait until it ends before moving.

  • No spoilers. Do not share content of the experience online (e.g., Twitter, blogs). Preserve the mystery for others.

  • Do not steal. Theft of any props or items will be dealt with by the authorities.

  • Group play. Up to 5 participants per group. A single member’s failure may result in the group’s elimination. Teamwork is essential.

  • Opt-out procedure. If you feel unwell or wish to exit, raise your hand and call out “OBAKEN-SAN!” Our staff will assist. If one group member opts out, the entire group will be marked as GAME OVER.


1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy & Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) applies to SOZO Pte. Ltd. (“SOZO”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and governs all interaction with our platforms, services, and experiences, including those conducted in collaboration with Obaken (“the Experience”).

By accessing our services, registering for participation, submitting personal data, or otherwise engaging with us, you consent to the terms of this Policy.

We reserve the right to revise this Policy without prior notice. Continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of any revised terms.

  • Ticket purchases and online transactions;

  • Customer support interactions;

  • Participation in events, contests, or surveys;

  • Any other interaction initiated by you with us.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.

In certain scenarios, the failure of a single individual to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services for a group—this clause is particularly relevant for group-based immersive experiences.

  • Our affiliates, partners (e.g., Obaken), and service providers;

  • Legal, regulatory, or governmental bodies, if required;

  • Event partners, collaborators, and logistic providers;

We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected from unauthorised access or disclosure.


6. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
